Refund Policy
Cancelation requests within 24 hours of purchase of any subscription-based product will be refunded in full. After this period, cancellations may not be processed. To initiate a refund, contact our support team with your order details. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days after approval. Digital goods that have not been delivered are eligible for a full refund. Digital goods that have been delivered, but are damaged will be replaced.
Customers can cancel subscription-based products at any time. Please note that there are no prorated refunds for any subscription-based services; however, access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, please contact our support team with your account information.
